My wife, Heather and I have had a shared passion for the hospitality industry since we met and fell in love in 1997. Upon starting our journey with Blue Skies Events, I had remained a silent partner while continuing a career in Hospitality Management. After much deliberation, I joined the Blue Skies team full time in order to help manage operations and assist with expanding our brand.
As the VP of Operations, my priority is to our clients and our industry partners. I believe that each team member has a direct responsibility to our clients to ensure the highest quality of service possible. I also believe that by incorporating those core values that were instilled in me over the past 25yrs; while in the United States Marine Corps (Honor, Courage and Commitment) as well as my time with Marriott International (Putting People First, Pursue Excellence, Embrace Change, Act with Integrity and Serve our World), will help our team excel in providing service above and beyond our client’s expectations.
Having grown up in a large family, I embody strong family values. Those same values have made myself a better man, husband and father. The need for open communication, both with our team members as well as with clients and vendor partners, are essential to our success as a business and a partner in this industry.
